I was introduced to SLR cameras by my older brother when I was about ten … that was a very long time ago. Since then a Nikon of one kind or another has never been far from my side.
My studio primarily focuses on corporate photography and portraiture, but also accepts a limited number of weddings each year.
I have had imagery published internationally in books, news papers, magazines, technical publications, corporate newsletters, annual reports, brochures, and of course web-based platforms.
Over the years I've photographed celebrities, professional athletes, dignitaries, executives, facilities, and a variety of products including space-flight hardware for NASA's now retired Space Shuttle fleet and the International Space Station.
I love the creativity and personal interaction of shooting portraits. I am a realist by nature and tend to see the potential in things. My portraits are therefore based on personality, not props and gimmicks. I believe the value of a portrait should increase over time. When my clients look at their portrait 20 years from now I want them to remember what their life was like back then, not what it was like to have the photo taken. Periodically I submit portrait images to international competitions, some which often receive over 10,000 entries. I have frequently been a finalist, and have even been awarded First Place. I look forward to the opportunity to immortalize you!
